Terrell Owens is widely popular by his initials T.O. He is a former American football player. Terrell played at the wideout position. He played in the Pro Bowl six time. He also holds a lot of NFL records. Terrell also played college football and basketball at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He was selected in the third round of NFL Draft by the San Francisco 49ers in 1996. Owens also played with Philadelphia Eagles, after a drift with front office members of San Francisco 49ers. And later after two years, he signed another contract with Dallas Cowboys. In 2009 and 2010 he also played with Buffalo Bills and Cincinnati Bengals respectively.

On Monday Terrell focus on his back and abs.

  • He starts his workout routine with 20 minutes cycling on a stationary bike for warm-up.
  • Then he does 4 sets of seated dip machine of 8-12 reps.
  • Next, he performs 4 sets of cable press downs using a bar or rope of 12 reps.
  • After that, he performs 4 sets of hammer strength chest presses of 7-11 reps.
  • Then he does 4 sets of hammer strength lateral pull-downs of 13 reps decreasing it to 8 reps in the last set.
  • Next, he performs 4 sets of hanging leg raises of 20 reps.
  • Then after that, he does 4 sets of decline sit-ups of 20 reps.
  • He does 4 sets of one arm dumbbell rows of 7-11 reps.
  • And at last, he does 4 sets of low back extensions of 10 reps.

Tuesday

On Tuesdays, he focuses on Biceps, chest and Abs.

  • Then he does 4 sets of incline dumbbell presses of 8-11 reps.
  • Next, he performs 4 sets of flat bench dumbbell presses of 8-11 reps.
  • And after that, he does 4 sets of standing straight bar curls of 8 reps.
  • And then he performs 4 sets of hammer curls of 8 reps.
  • Next, he does 4 sets of seated dumbbell curls of 10 reps.
  • Then he performs 4 sets of decline oblique crunches of 13 reps decreasing it to 8 reps in the last set.
  • And at last, he does 4 sets of lying alternating leg raises of 40 seconds each.

On Wednesdays Terrell Owens takes rest.

Thursday

On Thursdays,  focuses on Shoulders and Abs.

  • Then he does 4 sets of angled lateral pull-downs of 10 reps.
  • Next, he performs 4 sets of seated shoulder presses of 7 reps.
  • Then after that, he does 4 sets of leg presses of 10-12 reps.
  • And next, he does 4 sets of hack squat machine of 8-12 reps.
  • After that, he performs 4 sets of decline sit-ups of 20 reps decreasing it to 17 reps in the last set.
  • And then he does 4 sets of hanging leg raises of 20 reps.
  • At last, he performs 4 sets of seated lateral raises of 8-9 reps.

Friday

On Fridays, he focuses on hamstrings, Calves and Abs.

  • Then he performs 4 sets of dumbbell stiff-legged deadlifts of 12 reps,
  • Next, he does 4 sets of decline oblique crunches of 12 reps decreasing it to 8 reps in the last set.
  • And after that, he performs 4 sets of standing leg curls of 8-12 reps.
  • And then he does 4 sets of lying leg curls of 8-12 reps.
  • Next, he does 4 sets of lying alternating leg raises of 40 seconds each.
  • After that, he performs 4 sets of seated calf raises 12 reps.
  • At last, he performs 4 sets of standing calf raises of 12 reps

On Saturday and Sundays, Terrell Owens takes rest.
